Montrose Memorial Hospital
The Montrose Memorial Hospital is a regional medical center offering 75 beds and serving the counties of Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel. In addition to the facility in Montrose, the hospital also operates clinics in Olathe and Naturita, Colorado.
The Montrose Memorial Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations and is a member of the American Hospital Association. The Black Canyon Surgical Center is the first multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center in Montrose, CO. They provide cost-effective multi-specialty care to a five-county region. The facility features three fully equipped operating rooms with the latest advanced instrumentation. They have 12 specialties and offer a variety of procedures.
San Juan Cancer Center
The San Juan Cancer Center opened in April of 2006. It provides state-of-the-art cancer care closer to home for residents of a seven-county area in southwestern Colorado. A full range of treatment options is offered, including consultation and examination, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, cancer counseling, and coordination of care.
